Finding Freedom Yoga Therapy was founded in 2010 by Ellen Oberlin and is located in Tarpon Springs, Florida.

Ellen Oberlin is a Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT, and Professional Yoga Therapist, PYT with over 20 years of personal practice and more than 500 hours of formal yoga training.

Ellen conducts public yoga classes through the city of Tarpon Springs Department of Recreation at Sunset Beach as well as at other venues.

Ellen conducts private postural alignment and yoga therapy sessions to assist individuals who have restricted movement, stress related issues, breathing difficulties, age related aches and pains, old injuries, traumas, and many other conditions that affect the body and mind.
